Honda BR-V - As is developing, it needs to be recognized if the trend of low sport utility vehicle (LSUV) in the Indonesian automotive market at this time seems to begin to show progress. Not without reason given that if traced since 2018, the sales figure has increased significantly. Indeed, it is also not separated from the presence of new models such as the Rush-Terios duet.

Not only that, even on the other hand, this was also acknowledged by the Director of After-sales Marketing and Service of PT Honda Prospect Motor (HPM) Jonfis Fandy. Where, on another occasion, Jonfis explained that since the last three years the LSUV market segment began to grow as many models were present.

"LSUV has come in the past three years, such as the BR-V and HR-V, so the market has increased compared to four or five years ago. But when compared to MPV, the market is still large, "Jonfis told reporters in Jakarta on Wednesday (02/27/2019).

Meanwhile, on the one hand, whether with a market that began to grow, this triggered a gap for Honda to rejuvenate its LSUV this year? Of course a reasonable question was said considering that the sales of the BR-V dropped dramatically compared to the initial gliding moments.

Moreover, if traced in more detail, since the emergence of a new generation of Rush and Terios that immediately shifted its rivals, including the BR-V. When asking about this, Jonfis himself still can't talk much about it.

Although he prefers to be quiet, it seems Jonfis himself gives a signal. Where, he only asked reporters to wait for further news about a series of new cars that Honda will launch throughout 2019.

"For the BR-V I can't talk now. For a short time, this year is awaited, "said Jonfis.

Of course, with the presence of the latest BR-V model released in 2019, it is at least able to break down the national automotive market, especially in the Low SUV segment.
